Chef Chris will conduct a Halloween theme cooking lesson in the on-site classroom at Whole Foods Market Lakeview, 3300 North Ashland Avenue, Chicago. He will present gourmet delights using the seasonal ingredient, "pumpkin", perfect for entertaining! The class is designed to offer hands-on experience in preparation, cooking, and presentation. All of the high quality ingredients are, of course, from Whole Foods. Chefʼs menu features: Pumpkin Risotto with seared Shrimp, fresh basil with toasted Pumpkin seeds Pumpkin Mousse with candied ginger The cooking class will be held on Sunday, October 24, at 12 noon.
