This cooking demonstration will take place on Sunday, July 4, 2010 at 1:30 and 2:30pm in the Regenstein Fruit & Vegetable Garden, Chicago Botanic Garden, 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL The Garden Chef Series promotes the Garden’s message of growing and using seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs.
