Whole Foods welcomes back Executive Chef Christopher Tong of the upscale Chicago-based private gourmet dining service, My Private Chef. He will conduct a Winter soup cooking class at the Whole Foods Market Lakeview, 3300 North Ashland Avenue, Chicago. The cooking class will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2009 from 7-8:30 p.m. The cost is $35 per person. Chef Tong will help us shake off the winter blues with a cooking class featuring three hot soup creations that will delight your family and friends. The class is designed to offer hands-on experience in preparation, cooking, and presentation. All of the high quality ingredients are, of course, from Whole Foods.
