“Cruising the Mediterranean” cooking class at Sur La Table

The class offers hands-on experience with Chef Chris Tong as you learn how to prepare a delicious Mediterranean dinner.
The menu for this class:
• Roasted red pepper and kalamata olive hummus with toasted pita triangles
• Shrimp Aegean baked with orzo pasta, tomatoes, mushrooms, oregano and feta cheese
• Olive Oil Cake garnished with fresh berries
The “Cruising the Mediterranean” cooking class will take place on Friday, October 5 at 6:30pm at Sur La Table at 52 East Walton Street, Chicago. Price: $65.00
