Fresh Cooking Ideas from My Private Chef at Chicago's Indoor Green City Market

Chicago’s popular Green City Market is open during the winter months and Chef Christopher Tong, one of Chicagoland’s most versatile Chefs, will share his culinary expertise as he presents a cooking demonstration featuring local seasonal ingredients offered by the Green City Market.
The demonstration is on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the beautiful Peggy Notebart Nature Museum.
You can shake off the winter blues and treat yourself to some wonderful produce. You will learn how to prepare Chef Tong’s delicious recipe, and, of course, be able to taste it on the spot.
From January 19th 2013 through April 27th 2013, the indoor market will run every Saturday, 8:30 am–1 pm.
The Chicago Green City Market's indoor market is located at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum (2430 N. Cannon Dr. in Lincoln Park). Metered parking is available in the Diversey Harbor parking Lot off of Cannon Drive.
