Looking forward to the Holidays, Chef Chris has developed a marvelous assortment of recipes that your familiy and guests will applaud. He will present a cooking class featuring some deicious recipes perfect for Holiday entertaining. And, everyone gets to have a taste!

Chef Tong's Holiday menu includes: 

• Potato Leek Soup and Stilton Cheese

• Pistachio crusted Rack of Lamb with Cabernet Sauce, Ratatouille and Sweet Potato Croquettes

• Chocolate Mousse, Sea Salt, Blood Orange Olive Oil

The cooking demonstration is on the mezzanine level in the on-site cooking class room at the Whole Foods Market, Lincoln Park, 1550 North Kingsbury, Chicago. It will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 7-9pm, The cost is $20.00 per person.
