Whole Foods welcomes back Chef Christopher Tong of the upscale Chicago-based private gourmet dining service, My Private Chef. He will present a cooking demonstration in the on-site classroom that includes hands-on participation. The class will be held at Whole Foods Market Lakeview, 3300 North Ashland Avenue, in Chicago on Sunday, November 22, 2009 at 12 noon. The cost is $15.00 per person. Chef Tong will share some wonderful culinary creations that will delight your family and friends. All of the high quality ingredients are, of course, from Whole Foods Market. The menu features: Pumpkin Coconut Bisque Macadamia Nut crusted Turkey Breast Medallions with Apple Cranberry Sauce, roasted Root Vegetables and Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes There will be time for questions and answers about shopping, ingredients, and preparation.
