Chef Christopher Tong, one of Chicagoland’s most accomplished chefs and a favorite at Taste of Chicago will appear again this year at the Dominick’s Cooking Corner. Chef Tong’s cooking demonstration at the Taste of Chicago is one of My Private Chef’s most popular annual appearances. People who are casual cooks or lovers of gourmet food get to ask questions, discuss preparation, and come away with a recipe booklet full of new ideas. It is a very well attended feature at this Chicago summertime fest! My Private Chef’s demonstration is scheduled for Sunday, June 28 at 12:00 noon at the Dominick’s Cooking Corner tent on Buckingham Fountain Plaza.
