This cooking demonstration is scheduled for Tuesday, August 8, 2006 at 6:00 pm. The club is located at 537 North Wells Street, Chicago. The menu items have been selected with nutrition, eye appeal and taste as the top priorities-with that special flair that Chef Chris expertly provides. Chef Christopher Tong, one of Chicagoland's most accomplished chefs and a favorite at Taste of Chicago will appear again this year at the Dominick's Cooking Corner. This year, Chef Tong will prepare Grilled Lobster Tail with Aromatic Vegetables finished with a Vanilla Bean Sauce. This delicious dish will be included in the recipe book distributed during the demonstration.
