Chef Christopher Tong, of the upscale Chicago-based private gourmet dining service, My Private Chef, returns to Bloomingdale's to present another of his popular cooking demonstrations. he menu is perfect for Easter or any other important occasion. Chef Tong will give tips on ingredients and serving. And, everyone gets to have a taste!

Chef will serve:

• Bagna Cauda-a hot dish similar to fondue from the Piedmont region of Italy. Dates back to the 16th century.
• Pistachio Crusted Rack of Lamb with Mushroom Risotto
• Almond Citrus Olive Cake with fresh berries

Chef Chris will appear on Saturday, March 31 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Bloomingdale's Home & Furniture Store, Medinah Temple, 600 N. Wabash Avenue, Chicago, Illinois. Demo kitchen on 1.
