Chef Christopher Tong has been invited to the beautiful Cheney Mansion to present an elegant menu perfect for Fall entertaining. You will learn how to prepare a complete three-course menu and come away with valuable tips and some great recipes. Chef Chris will conduct a cooking demonstration in the famous mansion’s kitchen that includes hands-on participation. It will take place on Monday, November 2 from 7-9:30 p.m. at the Cheney Mansion, 220 Euclid Avenue, Oak Park, IL. Located 15 minutes from downtown Chicago. The fee is $70.00 per person.
