My Private Chef presents a Holiday entertaining cooking class at the Cheney Mansion in Oak Park, IL

If you’re ready to get excited about Thanksgiving and Holiday entertaining, this cooking class will spark your interest. Chef Christopher Tong, of the upscale Chicago-based private gourmet dining service, My Private Chef, will present a special menu perfect for Thanksgiving entertaining.

Pumpkin Coconut Bisque
Macadamia Nut crusted Turkey Breast Medallions with Apple Cranberry Sauce
Fresh Apple Tart
The hands-on cooking class will take place on Monday, November 15, from 7-9:30 p.m. at the Cheney Mansion, 220 Euclid Avenue, Oak Park, IL. Located 15 minutes from downtown Chicago.
