Chef Tong has been invited back to present some delicious recipes perfect for Holiday entertaining. The demonstration will take place on Friday, December 18, from 2-4 p.m. at the Bloomingdale’s Home & Furniture Store at Medinah Temple, 600 N. Wabash Avenue, Chicago. Chef Tong will prepare: Entrée: Roasted Chicken with Thyme served with Champagne Mushroom Risotto Dessert: Diamond Eggnog Wonderfully creamy risotto with earthy mushrooms complement a simply flavored roast chicken that's juicy and delicious. This dish is perfect for smaller Holiday gatherings where a whole turkey or roast would just be too much.
