Summer Cooking Class at Treasure Island Foods, Chicago

Looking for some new cooking ideas for summer? If so, you will enjoy attending the cooking class hosted by the popular Chef Christopher Tong, of the upscale Chicago-based private gourmet dining service, My Private Chef.

This summer cooking class is at the on-site classroom at the Treasure Island Foods at 2121 North Clybourn, Chicago. It will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 from 7pm-9pm. The cost is $18.00 per person.

Chilled Strawberry Soup with fresh mint and Crème fraîche
Caribbean spiced Shrimp with Avocado-Jicama salad, Mango Chipotle Vinaigrette

Watch Chef Tong prepare these wonderful recipes and then share in tasting the delicious results.
Chef Chris will provide tips on shopping for the finest ingredients. Questions and answers are sure to flow throughout the lesson.
