Chef Christopher Tong has been invited back to the elegant Cheney Mansion to present a fabulous Caribbean themed menu. Chef Tong will conduct a cooking demonstration in the famous mansion’s kitchen that includes hands-on participation. It will take place on Monday, September 20, 2010 from 7-9:30 p.m. at the Cheney Mansion, 220 Euclid Avenue, Oak Park, IL. Located 15 minutes from downtown Chicago. The fee is $70.00 per person.
