My Private Chef Celebrates the Art Of Healthy Cooking at Gilda's Club Chicago

Chef Christopher Tong of the Chicago-based private gourmet dining service, My Private Chef, will present another one of his popular healthy cooking demonstrations at Gilda's Club Chicago. The meals are designed to inspire people living with cancer, to eat well, serve beautiful food and stay healthy. The featured recipe includes watermelon, rich in lycopene. Lycopene has been considered a potential agent for prevention of some types of cancers.
Chef Tong will prepare a delicious summer dish: Spicy Shrimp with watermelon, cucumber and baby arugula salad.
And, everyone gets a taste!
This cooking demonstration will take place on Tuesday, August 9 at 6pm. Gilda's Club, 537 N. Wells Street, Chicago.
