Chef Tong's cooking demonstration at the Taste of Chicago is one of My Private Chef's most popular annual appearances. People who are casual cooks or lovers of gourmet food get to ask questions, discuss preparation, and come away with a book filled with recipes from every chef that participates at the Taste of Chicago.

My Private Chef's free demonstration is scheduled for Sunday, July 13 at 4:30pm. at the "In the Kitchen with Mariano's" Cooking Demo Pavillion tent on the Northwest corner of Buckingham Fountain Plaza.
