Chef Chris Tong puts his culnary expertise on display as he presents a cooking demonstration featuring local seasonal ingredients offered by the Green City Market. The demonstration is on Saturday, September 6 at 10:30am. You will learn how to prepare Chef Tong's deicious recipe and be able to taste it on the spot.  Chef's featured recipe is Kohlrabi and Apple Salad with Caraway. The market is located at the south end of Lincoln Park between Clark and Stockton Drive. (approx. 1750 N. Clark)
