Chef Christopher Tong of My Private Chef, the popular private gourmet dining service will appear again this year at the Taste of Chicago, "In the Kitchen with Mariano's". Please join Chef Chris for his cooking demonstration of a delicious favorite summertime recipe. Chef will prepare Seared Shrimp, Avocado and Jicama Cocktail with Mango-Chipolte Vinaigrette.

My Private Chef's demonstration is scheduled for Sunday, July 12 at 2:30pm., at the Cooking Demonstration Stage on the northwest corner of Buckingham Fountain Plaza in Grant Park.
