One of Bloomingdale's favorite chefs, Chef  Chris Tong returns to present a delicious Summer cooking demonstration. He will serve some of his favorite Summer dishes.  And, you get to taste it all.

Chef's menu: Watermelon Gazpacho; Caribbean Spiced Shrimp with Avocado-Jicama salad, Mango Chipotle Vinaigrette; Lemon Mousse with seasonal fruit

This free cooking demonstration will take place on Saturday, June 18 from 2-4 p.m.at Bloomingdale’s Home & Furniture Store at Medinah Temple, 600 N. Wabash Avenue, Chicago. Demo kitchen on 1.
