Chef Christopher Tong of the upscale Chicago gourmet dining service, My Private Chef, will share a favorite bison recipe during Food Network Magazine weekend at Chicago Botanic Garden’s popular annual Garden Chef Series sponsored by the Colorado Tourism Bureau.

Chef Tong will show how to make a delicious dish featuring Colorado bison.

Chef Chris will appear on Sunday, July 24 at 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. in the Regenstein Fruit & Vegetable Garden, Chicago Botanic Garden, 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, Illinois. Seating is limited and on a first-come, first served basis.

People who are casual cooks or lovers of gourmet food get to ask questions, discuss preparation and come away with recipes that they can try at home.
