Chef Tong will present a cooking demonstration featuring seasonal fresh ingredients during the Chicago Botanic Garden’s popular annual Garden Chef Series. The Garden Chef Series promotes the Garden’s message of growing and using seasonal vegetables, fruits and herbs.
