Chef Christopher Tong, one of Chicagoland's most accomplished chefs and a favorite at Taste of Chicago will appear again this year at the Dominick's Cooking Corner. People who are casual cooks or lovers of gourmet food get to ask questions, discuss preparation, and come away with a recipe booklet full of new ideas. It is a very well attended feature at this Chicago summertime fest! My Private Chef's demonstration is scheduled for Sunday, July 1 at 12:00 noon at the Dominick's Cooking Corner tent on Buckingham Fountain Plaza. Taste of Chicago is presented for the 27th year by Chicago Mayor's Office of Special Events. It runs daily June 29-July 8 beginning at 11 a.m. each day.
