Dominick's Cooking Corner at the 26th annual Taste of Chicago

Chef Christopher Tong, one of Chicagoland's most accomplished chefs and a favorite at Taste of Chicago will appear again this year at the Dominick's Cooking Corner. This year, Chef Tong will prepare Grilled Lobster Tail with Aromatic Vegetables finished with a Vanilla Bean Sauce. This delicious dish will be included in the recipe book distributed during the demonstration.
This cooking demonstration will take place on Friday, July 7, at 12:00 noon at the Dominick's Cooking Corner tent on Buckingham Fountain Plaza at the Taste of Chicago.
