Enjoy Fresh Flavors at The Chicago Botanic Garden Great Chef Series

Chef Christopher Tong of My Private Chef will present a cooking demonstration featuring garden-fresh ingredients at Chicago Botanic Garden's popular annual Great Chef Series. Chef Tong will prepare Fusilli Pasta Primavera with Smoked Salmon tossed with Arugula Pesto and toasted Pine Nuts. Michele Mach, whose culinary expertise focuses on vegetarian and organic creations, will join Chef Chris for this demonstration. This demonstration will take place on Saturday, June 10, at 1:30 and 2:30pm in the Regenstein Fruit & Vegetable Garden, Chicago Botanic Garden, 1000 Lake Cook Road, Glencoe, IL.
