My Private Chef to Compete at the World Of Chocolate Benefit Supporting the AIDS Foundation of Chicago.

Chef Tong is proud to participate in this annual World of Chocolate event where the chocolate connoisseurs of Chicago gather to indulge their love of chocolate as they support a great cause. This special event is on November 29, from 6-9 p.m. at the Hilton Chicago, International Ballroom, 720 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL. It’s staged every year to commemorate World AIDS Day, at the dawn of the holiday season as a celebration of possibilities, in both the confectionary kitchen and the arena of global health. Discover lush concoctions from more than 40 of Chicago’s finest chocolatiers, chefs and restaurants. Attendees get to sample all the beautifully showcased chocolate creations from each vendor at elegant table presentations. There will be live entertainment, a light buffet and an open bar … along with raffle opportunities and World of Chocolate’s celebrated punchboard. General admission is $125.00.
