The "South of France" class offers hands-on experience with Chef Chris Tong as you learn how to prepare a delicious French dinner. The menu for this class:
• Vichyssoise
• Moscovy Duck breast with Apple Calvados sauce served over sauteed spinach
• Ginger Creme Brulee
