Chef Tong will present a cooking demonstration featuring locally produced seasonal ingredients offered by the Green City Market. The demonstration is on Saturday, October 3 at 10:30 a.m.. You will learn how to prepare Chef Tong’s delicious menu selections, and, of course, be able to taste them on the spot. The Green City Market is located at the south end of Lincoln Park between Clark and Stockton Drive (approximately 1750 N. Clark).
